The privacy of your personal information is important to us. The types of organisations we may disclose your personal information to include Lenders, Mortgage Aggregators, Mortgage insurers, Solicitors / Conveyancers, Insurance Specialists, Financial Planning Consultants, Other Mortgage Intermediaries, Real Estate Valuers, Other organisations that assist us (such as printers, mailing houses, IT server providers, cloud storage providers, lawyers, debt collectors and accountants) and any other organisation that may wish to, or has acquired, an interest in your loan or in our business. You also consent to us disclosing to any guarantor all information relating to your application. This includes the disclosure of your current financial position including details of all assets and liabilities, income, the proposed finance and information contained in your credit file. Unless you inform us otherwise, you also consent to us to informing your real estate agent as to the progress of your loan application. If you do not wish for us to keep the agent informed of the progress, please let us know.

In certain circumstances we may be compelled by law to disclose your personal information to various authorities. For instance, we may be required under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act to disclose details of financial transactions and we may also be compelled under tax laws to provide such information.

We will retain a copy of your personal information in order to communicate with you about your loan and services we provide to you. We take great care with the information we hold about you. Our aim is to ensure that any details are securely protected from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We will take reasonable care to make sure that we keep your information in an accurate, complete and up to date manner. When that information is no longer needed, it will be permanently destroyed or de-identified.

It is important for us, and for you, that the information we hold is accurate and up to date. We therefore rely on you to help us. We ask that you contact us whenever there are any changes to your personal details, so that we can update our records.
